The Allen American Junior Ice Angels clinic was held at the Dallas Powerhouse of Dance. Six little girls had the opportunity to rehearse their dance number with the Ice Angels which they'll be performing on Thursday, February 22nd at the Allen Event Center. AfallaStudios had the opportunity to photography their rehearsal that was full of happy faces and a fun time with their new big sisters- the Allen American Ice Angel.

A Veteran's Day Tribute to my Dad.

My dad was a retired U.S. Army veteran who loved his country. I never realized how much he loved the years that he served until I got older. I remember dad encouraging me to sign up for Jr. ROTC back in high school because it would teach me discipline, leadership, etc. Instead I just did it to get myself out of physical education. But looking back, it gave me a taste of what it would be like if I signed up to really serve my country.

Playing with a lens I should be using more often- the Sigma 85mm f1.4. This lens is sharp as a tack and can create some amazing high quality photos. I used my dog, Akamai, to model for me. Its funny how he knows the camera.
